  • Fine cracks will appear on the surface with use. This is called "crazing" and is a characteristic unique to ceramics. The color of the clay appears through the cracks, which is particularly noticeable on white pieces.

How to Use the Daikon Grater
  1. Hold the receiving tray firmly to prevent slipping. ※Placing a wet cloth underneath prevents slipping and protects the counter surface.
  2. The teeth may chip if you apply force, so always grate gently with a stroking motion.
Usage Precautions
  • This product is exclusively for grating daikon radish. Do not grate hard vegetables like carrots or lotus root as this may chip the teeth.
  • As this is ceramic, be careful not to drop or subject to impact as it may break.
  • Do not use metal scrubbers or detergents containing abrasives as they may scratch the surface.
  • Dry thoroughly after washing before storing to prevent mold.
  • Microwave safe.
