Shipping Information

• We ship globally from Nara, Japan via DHL (some regions and countries excluded)
• Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days except bank holidays in Japan.
• Free international shipping available for orders above a certain amount (i.g. UK: £90, US: $120, CA: CAD170 FR, DE, IT, NE, ES: €110, AU: AUD190, SG: SGD160 etc.) 

Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (not refundable)
• Refunds processed to original payment method
• Identification may be required for processing certain returns

Customs & Import Duties

• Customer is responsible for all customs fees and required documentation when requested. Th process may vary depending on the country. 
• If customs charges are refused, package will be returned to us
• In case of returns due to customs refusal, order amount minus actual shipping costs will be refunded

Damaged Items

• For items damaged during shipping, please contact hello@nakagawa1716.com within 14 days upon arrival of the goods. 
• Include detailed photos of damage and your order numbers.
