Product care and handling

Product

Cotton products	It tends to shrink and wrinkle easily,and may discolor if exposed to sunlight for long periods of time.
Hemp products	There may be some fiber marks (thick lines) on the surface, but this is a characteristic of hemp. The natural color is unbleached, so fiber scraps may be visible.
Silk products	Friction may cause pilling and fuzzing. Please enjoy the surface texture (thick lines) and clumps of fibers as a characteristic of the material. Also, discoloration may occur if exposed to sunlight for a long time.
Wholegarment Products	Due to the characteristics of the fabric, it may twist when washed, so please reshape it after washing.
Feather products	Due to the nature of the product, feathers may come out from the outer fabric (especially the seams). Do not pull out the feathers, but tuck them back inside. Remove any feathers that have stuck to the outer fabric with adhesive tape or similar.
Color combination products	Products with light and dark color combinations may transfer color.
Natural Leather Products	As this is a natural material, it may have wrinkles and scratches.It may fade due to friction, sweat, water, etc., and may stain clothes. Please use a special cleaner to remove stains. If stored wet, it may cause stains and mold. It may discolor if left in a place exposed to light for a long time.
Synthetic leather products (polyurethane resin coating, polyvinyl chloride resin coating PVC)	The coating may peel off due to friction with hard objects such as bags and belts. Due to the nature of the material, deterioration, stickiness, peeling, discoloration, etc. may occur over time.
Velour, velvet and corduroy products	Friction may cause discoloration or color transfer.
Willow crepe products	It is a fabric with fine warp wrinkles (unevenness in the warp direction, also called willow grain). If willow products get wet with rain or water, the wet areas may shrink.
Softly twisted, brushed product	Due to its characteristics, the fur may become tangled or disorganized due to friction or static electricity. Although it has a smooth texture, the fuzz on the surface may stick to other objects.
Tencel (Lyocell) Products	It may discolor or whiten due to friction.
Rayon, Cupra products	Friction and washing may cause the fabric to turn white, become fuzzy, or fade.
Canvas products	Dyed canvas may fade if it gets wet from rain or sweat.
Basket Products	Color may fade due to friction or water. Please be careful not to snag it. Due to the material, wrinkles, distortion, and color unevenness may occur.
Ceramic products	Because it is a natural material, there may be slight variations in unevenness, size, and shape. There may be very small bumps, dents, or slightly dark dots on the surface. There may be slight wobbling on the base or lid. Crazing (cracks in the glaze on the surface), glaze bleeding, unevenness, shading, and skipping may be visible. Umbrella	The product has sharp parts. Always check the safety of your surroundings before using. Do not use as a walking stick. Do not use if the handle or tip of the bone is broken. Do not swing or throw. Do not use in strong winds as it may break. Parents should keep an eye on children.

Threads and Fibers

Flame-resistant yarn (highly twisted yarn)	Due to the characteristics of flame-retardant yarn, it may wrinkle when wet.
Nep Yarn	Nep refers to "small clumps of fibers" and is a type of yarn that has small irregular grains. Due to the nature of nep yarn, the thread may stand up due to friction.
Cut lace, cut jacquard	Floating threads at the end of the handle may get caught or come loose.
Embroidery, lace	The embroidered parts are prone to getting caught or snagged. Please be careful not to catch them on other items. As they are delicate, do not pull on them or apply excessive force to them.
Raffia	The raffia has a unique smell, but it will fade with use. As these are handmade, there are individual differences in size. The edges of woven products may fray. If there are any long threads sticking out, cut them with scissors without pulling them. The color may change slightly over time.

Processing

Oil coating, paraffin processing	Chalk marks (creases and whitening) will occur due to friction during normal use, but this is a unique texture that comes from the oil coating and paraffin processing.
Polyurethane Coating	Fabrics coated with polyurethane resin may experience deterioration, peeling, or stickiness over time.
Pleated	The pleats are not permanent and may become loose with wear.
Polyurethane resin processing	Store on a hanger in a dark place away from heat and humidity. Handle with care to avoid wrinkles and peeling.
Bonding Processed Products	The bonding process will gradually deteriorate and peel off. Avoid storing the product if it is dirty.
Print products	Repeated wearing and washing may cause the print to crack and fall off. Foil print products are specially processed and are not permanent. The print may disappear due to wearing or washing.
Lame	The glitter may fall off as you use it. It may also stick to other items or transfer color.
Chusen, hand printing	Please wash separately and do not wash with other products as there is a possibility of color transfer.
Product washing and dyeing	Due to product washing, there may be subtle differences in color, texture, and size, as well as color fading and color transfer.
Indigo dyed products	Color may fade or transfer.
Pigment dyed and sulfur dyed products	Pigment and sulfur dyed products may transfer or fade due to friction.
Plant-dyed products	Dark colored plant-dyed items may transfer or fade due to friction.
Lacquer painting	In very rare cases, depending on your constitution, you may experience a rash from lacquer. If this occurs, please consult a dermatologist immediately.
Water-repellent and UV-treated	The effect will decrease with frequency of use and over time.

Special specifications

Products that combine different materials	Products that combine different materials may change shape (twist, sag, pull, etc.) after repeated wearing and washing.
Uncut products	Due to the design, some parts will be cut off, which may cause fraying after repeated wearing and washing.
Bias Use	Floating threads at the end of the handle may get caught or come loose.
Formaldehyde: Do not open	To protect your baby's health, the product is packaged to prevent the transfer of formaldehyde. Please do not open the bag until use.
Needle punch	Due to the nature of the material, the threads may come loose from friction or snagging on the handle. If this happens, do not pull it forcefully but cut it off with scissors.

Parts

Shell buttons	The buttons are made from natural shell, so there may be slight differences in color and thickness.
Wood, bamboo, rattan, shell, horn, etc.	Because these are natural materials, there may be individual differences in color and shape depending on the product.
Metal	Leaving fingerprints or other dirt on the product can cause rust or discoloration, so please clean it with a dry, soft cloth after use. If it becomes discolored, use a special cleaner.
Magnet	If you bring a magnetic item (such as a ticket, IC card, or mobile phone) close to a magnetic fastener, the fastener may become unusable due to the magnetic effect.
Brass	If you store it in a place with a lot of water or moisture, it may rust, discolor, or corrode. Blackening or stains may be seen on the surface, but please understand that this is a characteristic of the product. Do not use if it is damaged or deformed.
