Handling Precautions
- Can be used on IH equipment and direct flame.

- Do not use with large flames as the handle will become hot.
- Do not use in ovens or microwaves.
- Do not store food in the pot for extended periods. Leaving salt or acidic residue attached or storing in humid places causes rust.
- Do not use when the handle is loose. If loose, retighten screws before use.
- Wash the interior at least once daily.
- Do not use filled to the brim with water.
- Do not cool rapidly with water after strong impact or dry-heating.
- Do not use on stoves.
- After use, wash thoroughly and dry.
