Delightfully smooth mouthfeel and pleasantly bitter taste

This is an original blend matcha created in collaboration with Marukyu Koyamaen, a long-established tea garden in Kyoto Uji that has been operating since the Edo period. We have crafted this to deliver the authentic, delightfully smooth mouthfeel and bitter taste characteristic of genuine matcha. Its clean, refined umami flavor is delicious on its own, and pairs exceptionally well with sweet confections. At Sa-lon, we recommend this matcha for preparing usucha (thin tea).
