Shipping Information
- Currently we ship only to the UK.
- Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days except bank holidays.
Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (not refundable)
- Refunds processed to original payment method
- Identification may be required for processing certain returns
Customs & Import Duties
- Customer is responsible for all customs fees and required documentation when requested. The process may vary depending on the country.
- If customs charges are refused, package will be returned to us
- In case of returns due to customs refusal, order amount minus actual shipping costs will be refunded
Damaged Items

- Include detailed photos of damage and your order numbers.
