Where we ship from

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse in the UK.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only and do not offer international shipping at this time. For any questions, please contact us at hello@nakagawa1716.com.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

Delivery methods and times

We ship with. Royal Mail. Once your order is dispatched, Standard delivery usually takes 2-4 business days. These are carrier estimates and do not include our 2–3 day processing time.

Shipping costs

Standard: £4.80. Free standard shipping on orders over £60.

Undeliverable or refused parcels

If a parcel is refused, cannot be delivered, or comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we will refund the order value minus the actual shipping costs incurred.

Damaged, lost or delayed parcels

Our pieces are handcrafted and some are fragile, so we pack every order with care. If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@nakagawa1716.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
