Made from iron with high durability, excellent heat conductivity, and superior heat retention, this pan creates fluffy, delicious dishes.
The fiberline processing applied to the iron plate prevents burning and sticking, and with continued use, oil seasons the surface, making it easier to use as it develops. The handle is made from water-resistant, durable teak wood that feels comfortable in hand and doesn't get hot easily. It can be hung for storage using the hole for a hook.
This convenient size is perfect for 2-3 eggs and also works well for small stir-fries. Compatible with direct flame and IH.
Depth (including handle): 35cm
Height/Pan depth: 7.3cm/3.5cm

- Cool to a temperature comfortable to touch.

- Wipe the inside evenly with kitchen paper to help the oil penetrate.
- Do not cool rapidly with water after heating as this may cause deformation.
- Use medium heat or lower and ensure flames do not extend beyond the bottom surface.
- When not using for extended periods, wipe the outside of the frying pan/tamagoyaki pan in the same manner.
