Microwave cooking achieves results close to direct flame cooking
By coating the plate surface with a special heating element that responds to microwaves, the material itself generates heat and reaches high temperatures. This delivers a texture close to direct flame cooking. Due to the extremely high temperatures reached, we were particular about the heat-resistant clay, selecting materials with high purity special heat-resistant components.
Designed to withstand temperature differences of up to 700°C, this cookware won't crack even if placed in water immediately after heating, giving you peace of mind during use.
It has a lid so you can steam it.
The lid makes it easy to steam clams in sake. It saves you the trouble of having to take out a frying pan or pot.
Can be used on direct flame or in oven.
It can be used over direct heat, so it can also be used as a small frying pan.
It's perfect for one serving of gyoza. The plate is a little deep, so it's suited for adding water and steaming too.
When you want to cook just one more dish or just a few things, you can just cook them and serve them on the table, so it makes you feel like making it casually.
Why not try using the microwave to cook side dishes for your lunchbox when you don't have time in the morning?
