This is a Nabeshima blue celadon teacup with crackle glaze, crafted by Kosen Kiln—a pottery that preserves the traditions and techniques of Nabeshima and Imari ware in Imari City, Saga Prefecture.

Using generous amounts of celadon glaze made from high-purity blue celadon stone found only in Okawachiyama, Imari City, they create the crackle effect by utilizing the different shrinkage rates between the clay body and celadon glaze.
