Microwave cooking that achieves results close to direct flame cooking.
This cooking tool allows you to easily make grilled dishes in the microwave that would normally require a frying pan or grill, and can be brought directly to the table as a serving dish.
Even during busy times when you're short on time, being able to grill in the microwave means you can step away and do other household tasks—that's one of the great advantages of microwave cooking.
Important Safety Instructions - Please Read
The main body can reach high temperatures of 200-300°C or higher during cooking. Please follow the instructions below for safe use:
- Always wipe oil stains from inside the microwave before use. Heating with oil stains remaining may cause the oil to reach high temperatures and burn.
- The main body becomes very hot during cooking. To prevent burns and scorching, use heat-resistant pot holders and trivets when handling after cooking, and exercise extreme caution.
- This product is not intended for use in microwaves with low heat-resistant glass turntables. Avoid use due to risk of breakage.
- If heated while containing moisture from soaking or continuous short-term cooking, it may cause cracking or glaze peeling. Avoid use if glaze peels off. After washing, place with the unglazed bottom facing up and dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated area for half to one full day.
- Cooking may leave odors in the main body. When bothersome, odors can be reduced by: Adding water and heating in microwave for 1-2 minutes to lift oil with water, or boiling in hot water for about 15 minutes.

- Follow the precautions for your microwave unit.
- To prevent explosion, avoid heating raw eggs, boiled eggs, or fried eggs, or pierce them first. Also pierce shells or membranes of other foods thoroughly.

By coating the plate surface with a special heating element that responds to microwaves, the material itself generates heat and reaches high temperatures. This delivers a texture close to direct flame cooking. Due to the extremely high temperatures reached, we were particular about the heat-resistant clay, selecting materials with high purity special heat-resistant components.
Designed to withstand temperature differences of up to 700°C, this cookware won't crack even if placed in water immediately after heating, giving you peace of mind during use.
It has a lid so you can steam it.
The lid makes it easy to steam clams in sake. It saves you the trouble of having to take out a frying pan or pot.

It can be used over direct heat, so it can also be used as a small frying pan.
It's perfect for one serving of gyoza. The plate is a little deep, so it's suited for adding water and steaming too.
