Handling Precautions

  • Cleaning: Remove dirt by gently patting with a brush or tightly wrung cloth.
  • Paraffin coating: Canvas with paraffin coating may develop creases and whitening on the fabric surface. Please understand this in advance.
  • Storage: Storing while wet may cause stains, mold, or metal rust.
  • Color bleeding: Canvas dye may run when wet from rain or perspiration, or when rubbed vigorously. Colors may fade when exposed to sunlight.
  • Natural characteristics: As canvas is a natural woven material, thread joints and weaving irregularities (horizontal lines, thread knots) may inevitably occur. Please understand this as a characteristic of the material.
  • Natural aging: Whitening may occur due to natural deterioration.
