A pure copper Hime fork from "Kobo Aizawa" in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture, where metalwork and Western tableware production flourishes. The surface is silver-plated, and like silver tableware, the character changes the more it's used. After machine forming, the fine details and surface finishing are done by craftsmen by hand, and the slight variation in expression of each piece is one of its charms.
