The light of chochin (traditional paper lanterns) has illuminated Japanese homes through the ages. While maintaining the gentle glow that filters through washi paper, this has evolved into a portable light that can be carried anywhere in the house—illuminating dining tables, living rooms, and bedsides. Its warm, soft, and gentle light helps soothe our hearts that are often overwhelmed by harsh artificial lighting.
This represents a new form of lantern delivered by the traditional craft of Yame-chochin, which has long served as a guiding light for ancestors through bon festival lanterns.

[Cleaning]
Do not use water, detergent, or other liquids; remove dust with a duster, soft brush, cloth, etc.
*Do not wipe with volatile substances such as thinner or benzine, or use a scientific cloth, or apply insecticides. This may cause discoloration and deterioration.
[About insect damage]
*Please be careful of insect damage as many natural materials are used in the lantern. Insects may eat the glue on lanterns, so you may be attacked by insects even while you are using them.
*As an insect repellent measure, it is safe to put one insect repellent when storing in a box. (Please follow the instructions for using insect repellent and be careful not to add too much)
[About the battery]
*If you do not use it for a long time, the battery may be completely discharged and may not be able to be charged. Please charge it regularly and be careful not to completely discharge it.
Safety Precautions
*This product is for indoor use only. Please refrain from using it outdoors as it may cause a malfunction.
*The fire bag (Japanese paper part) cannot be removed. Forcibly removing it may cause a malfunction. Please install it on a horizontal surface to maintain stability.
*Never disassemble or modify the product.
*It does not support quick charging, so it cannot be charged with USB PD.
*Cannot be charged with chargers such as USB PD or USB QC. If used, the equipment will be damaged. Also, please do not use it as it may cause a fire.
*Do not insert foreign objects (metal) into the connector part. This is very dangerous as it may cause a short circuit.
*Please clean the connector part frequently. If you use or charge the battery with dust attached, it may catch fire.
*If you notice any unusual smells, noises, deformations, smoke, or other abnormalities, immediately disconnect the connector, turn off the light, stop using the product, and contact your retailer or contact information.

A Shape Easy to Carry Like a Torch
The cylindrical support for the lantern is sized for easy carrying by both adults and children. Taking advantage of the lightweight characteristic of washi paper lanterns, the design achieves a low centre of gravity that provides stability despite having a large head on a small base.
Three Brightness Levels with Touch Sensor
The metal part at the top of the lantern features a touch sensor. It turns on with a simple touch and allows adjustment between three brightness levels.
A Fusion of Artisanal Handcraft and Technology
The lamp can be charged via a USB Type-C to Type-A cable. Inside the warm wooden exterior, circuit boards and batteries are balanced harmoniously. *USB charging cable and AC adapter not included.
