Balance of Refreshing White Porcelain and Distinctive Shape
This Arita-yaki tea cup is crafted using traditional hand wheel-throwing techniques. It features a tall foot with intricate facets carefully cut by hand on each piece. The balance between the refreshing white porcelain and its distinctive shape enhances the tea-drinking experience.

Japanese Porcelain with Diverse Expressive Techniques
Known as Japan's first porcelain, Arita-yaki dates back to the 17th century. Produced in Arita Town and Imari City in western Saga Prefecture, it is characterized by translucent white porcelain bodies, blue sometsuke patterns, and vibrant aka-e decorations using glass-quality overglaze enamels. Highly durable, Arita-yaki encompasses everything from fine art pieces to everyday items.
