A flour shaker from Inokuma Manufacturing, which creates advanced stainless steel products using sophisticated processing techniques in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture. The mesh design is convenient for dusting flour or potato starch on fish, meat, and other ingredients. The fine mesh prevents clumping and allows even dusting of flour. The screw-on design makes it easy to refill and closes securely—another pleasant feature. Made from stainless steel, which resists stains and corrosion and is easy to maintain. Includes an easily removable cover lid for hygienic storage.

- This product is made from highly durable SUS304 (18-8 stainless steel), but it does not have sufficient resistance to all seasonings.
- Contents containing minerals such as rock salt or seaweed salt may cause rust (galvanic corrosion) due to potential differences with stainless steel. High temperature and high humidity environments accelerate this, so please be mindful of the usage environment.
【Before and After Use】
- Wash with neutral detergent and sponge, then dry thoroughly.
- Avoid using metal scrubbers or cleansers when washing as they can cause scratches.
- Avoid prolonged contact with rust-prone materials such as iron, as this can lead to rust transfer.
