We have crafted this to deliver the authentic, delightfully smooth mouthfeel and bitter taste characteristic of genuine matcha. Its clean, refined umami flavor is delicious on its own, and pairs exceptionally well with sweet confections. At Sa-lon, we recommend this matcha for preparing usucha (thin tea).
